Terms and Conditions

Enrolment is for a minimum of 2 terms (1/2 year).

If you are unable to attend a lesson we cannot guarantee that the missed lesson(s) will be caught up. Tutors will try to offer an alternate lesson time if they are able.  

If your tutor is unavailable for a lesson,  the lesson will be made up at a mutually agreed upon time otherwise, a refund will be given for the lesson the tutor was unavailable for. 

We offer two catch-up weeks a year so that the tutors can make up any lessons that they are unavailable for during term time. 

1) The final due date for the payment of Term 1 fees is 14 February 2025.

2) The Academy reserves the right to impose a late fee of $20.00 per student after this date.

3) Payment may be paid via regular instalments by arrangement with the Musical Director and Administration Manager upon enrolment.  

4) Without exception, fees must be paid by the due date. If fees are not paid by the due date the Musical Director reserves the right to cease lessons with immediate effect. 

5) If lessons cease under clause 4, or the student discontinues lessons for any other reason, payment of the fees for 2025 is still required in full.

Fees may be paid:

• by Internet banking: number 03-0674-0080449-00
• by instalments, but see clauses 3 to 5 under terms and conditions above

NCAM will refund fees paid in advance if you cancel your lessons a week before the beginning of term. However, if you are unable to attend lessons part way through/during a term we will not be able to refund the remaining lessons as the tutors have already been scheduled for those hours. 

Parents must let the Administration Manager know of any withdrawals. It is not sufficient to tell the tutor. There will be no refunds made.
